training, teaching youth how to become "Women of Virtue" and
"Men of Valor".

groups may focus on bicycle or motorcycle riding, other may
focus on fitness or running, still another on evangelism. If you
are not in a small group and have an interest in being part of
such a group; or if you have an idea for starting a new group

H1N1 Awareness & DWG Response
- Along with many other local churches and organizations, DOVE
Westgate wants to maintain a cautious awareness, without undue
panic, regarding the current situation with the H1N1 flu virus.
As a response, we have purchased bottles of hand sanitizer and
will place them in all children's classrooms, and also in the
Cafe and Fellowship Hall. In addition, we have instructed our
Cafe workers to use gloves during all food preparation steps,
going forward. Again, the key word is cautious vigilance. As we
all make use of the hand sanitizers, we will make our church a
safer place as we walk together through this seasonal situation.
Thanks for your support.
Benevolence Fund/Dustin Bair
- As a church, we would like to help Dustin Bair's family with
expenses related to Dustin's accident. We will do this through
our Benevolence Fund. That fund is used to assist people after a
catastrophic events like Dustin's accident. If you would like to
help Dustin and other situations like his, please earmark your
tax-deductible donations "Benevolence Fund" and include them
with your regular offering.
