Ministry Focus
Bill & Val lead Youth With A Mission Caribbean &
Jamaica. They provide pastoral, visionary, and organizational
leadership. In Jamaica they give oversight to YWAMs two campuses
(Montego Bay and Stones Hope). This includes discipling and raising
leaders. In the Caribbean, they are involved with overseeing the
leaders of the approximately 350 staff, serving in 18 ministries
throughout the Caribbean. Bill also serves on YWAM's Global
Leadership Team, which is the international governing body of YWAM.
